Celebrate Education on Giving Tuesday

Things have been a bit busy this year, and our updates have not come as often as they have in the past, but know that we are working diligently on planning another exciting Ota program for this December. I will send an update on our programming soon, but today I am writing to ask you to consider making a donation to The Ota Initiative in honor of Giving Tuesday. Over the past few years, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving has become known as Giving Tuesday. After an onslaught consumerism on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, patrons are encouraged to give back to their favorite non-profits on Giving Tuesday. I hope you can join me in adding The Ota Initiative to your list of projects to support today with an online donation. I encourage you to consider covering the cost of a child to attend the program with a $60 donation, or if holiday shopping is cleaning out your wallet, even a $10 will make a difference. If you are able to contribute, share your support online with the hashtag #GivingTuesday and inspire those around you to give as well to their favorite causes.
